Vision

The vision of Universal Nair Foundation is to empower the Nair Clan to carve a prominent space in the fast expanding global demesne, to develop, expand, and assert our rights in the international context by preserving the unique identity of our ancient clan. UNF will empower Nair to uphold her/his traditional, spiritual, and cultural heritage with self-esteem, justice, and equality in opportunities.

ലക്ഷ്യം

കൃഷി, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം,സൈനിക സേവനം,ഭരണ നിർവഹണം,രാജ്യ രക്ഷ,സാഹിത്യം, സാംസ്കാരം,തത്വ ചിന്ത ,ഹൈന്ദവീയം,മുതലായ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിൽ ആയിരത്താണ്ടുകളായി നേതൃത്വം വഹിക്കുകയും, സത്യ സന്ധതയോടും ആ ത്മാർദ്ധതയോടും ആത്മ സമർപ്പണ ത്തോട് കൂടിയും, രാഷ്ട്ര സേവനം നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്തതിലൂടെ, കേരള ചരിത്രത്തെ, സമ്പന്നവും, സമുജ്വലവുമാക്കി തീർത്ത നായർ സമുദായം, പിൽക്കാലത്ത് നേരിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന, അവശത, അവഗണന, പരാധീനത, ചൂഷണം തുടങ്ങിയ ദോഷങ്ങൾ ഇല്ലാതാക്കി, സ്വാശ്രയത്വത്തിലും, ആത്മ വിശ്വാസത്തിലും, ആത്മാഭിമാന ത്തിലും അധിഷ്ഠിതമായി സമുദ്ധരിച്ച്, അതിനെ ലോകോത്തര നിലവാരതിലാക്കുക.

Mission

The Mission of Universal Nair Foundation is to;

• Promote the socio-economic development of the Nair community by imparting multidisciplinary programmes, particularly to the vulnerable section of the community;
• Provide proper facilities, care and services to the members of the Nair community contained by financial difficulties, unemployment conditions, psychosocial margins and other types of limitations, which will meet their physical, spiritual and social needs such that they could realize a quality of life wherein they can sustain a sense of self-respect and dignity that is valued by their fellow beings;
• Promote the economic independence of Nair women by providing educational, financial, social and professional support, a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life thereby establish gender equality;
